I got a room upgrade upon arrival. It was a Beautiful King Room. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast each morning had smoked salmon. It was AMAZING!!!
The gym had limited space. It was a bit crowded during peak hours.

we had breakfast in the hotel. the food was delicious.
i found the service slightly slow. getting a waiter's attention was really hard. the room service was also a bit late one night, i think it was because many guests were there.

my room had everything i needed. it was a superior king room. the amenities provided were very convenient. the room felt spacious.
i found some aspects underwhelming . the menu during the afternoon tea lacked creativity. the sandwiches were boring. the scones, unfortunately, were dry.

A Birthday Celebration Remembered
thoughtful gift amazing upgrade
Michelle Sangil. I did receive an upgrade as a surprise when I arrived. It was in honor of my celebration. The hotel gifted me a beautiful tie. It was thoughtful of them. Breakfast each morning featured items not listed. A cheese and ham omelette arrived on request.
The afternoon tea sandwiches weren't exciting. I expect creativity for this price. Scones were also dry. The conserve had lumpy strawberries. It was quite disappointing overall.
